Melinda was first introduced to yoga at the age of 14.
Her practice has been inspired by various styles of yoga, such as Iyengar, Kundalini, and Vinyasa. She is currently attending the Yogin Awareness and Teacher Training International Course led by Ágnes Tengerdy Krauser.
She believes a gentle introduction to Ashtanga yoga is a doorway into cultivating a mindful practice that eventually brings about real transformation. Proper execution of asanas is of utmost importance to her.
In her classes variations are also offered to modify poses that may be currently inaccessible.
