My first introduction to movement started around the age of 5.
It continued with Art schools, and leaded to the Health Science and Fitness Academy.
Yoga and Meditation became a pillar of my life while I was traveling the world during my coaching.Out of Europe, I was lucky to gain knowledge regarding Yoga Science in the USA and Asia as well. (Kate Beck, Jun Lee and Isabel Stal mostly influenced my heart...)
My passion is to help others heal and spark the momentum to awaken to their innate capacities.
